Polymer Processing Aid PPA907 is made from mixer between Hexafloropropylene and Tetrafloroethylene. PPA907 is recommended Polyolefine processing by lowering the torque of extruder, increasing product output and eliminating die built up, melt fracture.

APPLICATION

PPA607 should be used as the method following:

  • Step 1: In the beginning, PPA907 should be run from 15% to 20% with Polyehthylene or Polypropylene with slow speed screw to coat all metal surface in 20 minutes.
  • Step  2: After Floropolymers coat all metal surface, PPA907 should reduce addition level from 1% to 2% throughout the run

PPA907 do not effect on corona treating suface and heat sealing properties of Polyolefin film.
